Just In Time

I was in the grocery with my son trying to find the first available atm for me to get some money. I stopped using credit cards years back so it's either debit or cash. It was pretty frustrating to see the long lines at the atm. So i decided to pay it through a debit card. Once in line, my son and I painstakingly lined up at the counter. Then a woman in her 50's approached me and asked me if she can just give me money to pay for her stuff (which was a mat) so she wouldn't have to line up because of a bad knee. The woman was using a cane. I was thinking, "why in the world me?" but then again, I thought that God knew I needed cash so He gave what I needed. I gladly helped the woman. She paid me the amount I needed to withdraw from the atm. All I thought was God is really good.

My... Gift

Thursday, June 24, 2010.
I stare though the endless sky

Thinking of what could have been

Memories of the passionate past

Seemingly dreaming for fruitful tomorrows

Struggling not to forget your scent

Struggling not to forget your smile

Regrets have overshadowed

My pride lingering through every doubt

Wishing to reunite

Wishing to exist what has forgotten

Whishing for our paths to cross again

Whishing for an eternal moment

To last…

And so it begins

Wednesday, June 23, 2010.
As I journey through this endearing life, as I hold on to what I have -- faith.
I surge through the depths of the unknown waters of the future as I began to think.

What will be the next memory that I will have?
Will I cherish it?
Will I torture myself to forget?
What happens next?

Sometimes I wish that life is just a dream where you can wake up and just shrug the ill feeling of a nightmare. But it isn't. Life is a mist, a shadow, an endless tunnel of unknown waiting to be discovered.

I'm looking forward to my journey.. I'm looking forward to life..
